How to create invoice

Below is how to create invoice 

There are 2 ways to create invoice on the system

  1. You can convert the quotation to you created to an invoice
  2. You can create a fresh invoice 


  1. From left panel click on Invoices
  2. Click New Invoice
  3. Selected your client 
  4. Add invoice date and Due date
  5. You can manually select status if it's not unpaid 
  6. You can select your prefer Invoice Template
  7. You can add Payment QR Code if you have
  8. Select your invoice currency
  9. You can toggle on the reoccurring if it's Recurring Invoice 
  10. Add your product if you are not converting quote to invoice 
  11. + Add Note & Terms
  12. When you are done click Save & Send 
  13. The client will get the invoice via his/her mail.
